Needs Assessment
First, you are asked a series of questions to determine what you want and what you really need. After you have answered all the questions we can start our search for properties that match your Site Criteria.

Site Criteria
We then provide you with a summary of characteristics and attributes of what we will look for when searching for properties.

Master List
From the Site Criteria, we compile a list of of properties that fit your needs. This list will provide you with information and availabilty in order for you to investigate the property more thoroughly.

Long List
After you have done some investigation, you are now ready to narrow your selection to around 10 properties. You can upload your own pictures of the properties, and record your thoughts. You can even rank your properties. After you have recorded all the information you would like, you can generate a printable document to take with you when you revisit the locations or collaborate with others from your organization.

Short List
After you have ranked the properties, your short list is created. This narrows your property listings to about 4 locations. Based on this list, you can select the questions to be presented to each property on your short list in a RFP (Request For Proposal). You can then upload each properties responses. Then you will be able to compare the properties and rank them. From this ranking a property will be selected that best fits your needs.

LOI (Letter of Intent)
Once the final property is selected, a Letter of Intent is generated. The Wizard will also guide you through a checklist to help you negotiate and secure the property.
